We are at a juncture where the formation of a new Managing Committee for the Hyderabad Chapter is imperative, and we seek your invaluable support in this endeavor.

The positions open for nominations are delineated as follows:

I. For the term 2024-2025 (July 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025):

1. Vice-Chairman cum Chairman Elect – One position.
2. Managing Committee Members – Eight positions.
3. Nomination Committee Members – Three positions.

II. For the term 2024-26 (July 1, 2024 – March 31, 2026):

Secretary – One position.

Outlined below are the eligibility criteria:

• CSI life membership and affiliation with the Hyderabad Chapter are prerequisites.
• Candidates vying for the Vice Chairman role must have previously served in an office bearer position (Secretary, Treasurer, or Chairman).
• Nomination Committee members should have prior experience serving in the Managing Committee.
• Above all, a willingness to dedicate substantial time to the affairs of the CSI Hyderabad Chapter is paramount.

Kindly adhere to the following schedule:

• Nominations submission: From May 27, 2024, to 12:00 noon on June 16, 2024.
• Withdrawal of nominations: Between June 17, 2024, and June 24, 2024.
• Voting process (if required): June 25, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
